In horary astrology, not every question's chart is read; especially when a Saturn is placed right on the Ascendant degree (ASC) or at the cusp of the 7th house, that question must absolutely not be taken and no consultation should be given.

This critical placement shows that the querent is acting with the intention to test or trial the astrologer. A Saturn in this position clearly indicates that the client will not be satisfied with any answer given, whether positive or negative, will constantly harbor discontent by speaking ill of the astrologer, and ultimately the astrologer's reputation will be damaged; therefore, drawing a line in such charts is the right thing to do.
